English footballer Jake Kean came to visit KSL Clinic Manchester for his 12 month review and PRP treatment. Jake had his FUE Transplant with us May 2018 after suffering hair loss for a couple of years. Jake said ‘Really happy with the results, looks brilliant and can’t thank the guys enough.’
Grant Hall is an English professional footballer who plays for Queens Park Rangers. Grant had his FUE hair restoration with us here at KSL Clinic on June 2018, one year on he’s come to visit us for his review with Dr Matee and his PRP Injections. This is what Grant had to say when we caught up with him ‘Its been a year since my hair transplant and I’m absolutely delighted with my hairline now, its made a major difference to me for my confidence as well. I cannot recommend KSL Clinic highly enough’
Bradley Austen who is well known for being a Instagram Influencer came to KSL Clinic Kent for his new hairline.
Here’s what Bradley had to say ‘I’ve wanted this procedure for years as really affected my confidence and social life. Something as simple as the wind blowing and making my hair flap would be enough to keep me at home. I chose KSL Clinic as for me its about trusting a business, with great testimonials on their instagram, website and recommendations from friends who have previously visited.’
After the day Bradley said ‘So my hair is finally done and I am so excited to show my friends and family, my day has gone so well everyone has looked after me from start to finish with the upmost care, can’t wait to see the results!’
X factor and Celebrity big brother star Christopher Maloney looks to have finally found peace with his hair. The entertainer has had numerous procedures in the past, both in the UK, but mostly abroad in Poland, however he talks highly throughout the day of KSL clinic in Manchester, where he had his 6th procedure at the weekend. He chose KSL Hair Transplant in Manchester as he wanted his correction to be done by hair surgeon Dr Matee, who is much sought after by celebrities and sportsmen alike. “I’ve chosen KSL clinic and Dr Matee for today’s procedure as I’ve heard so much about them, I’ve had friends that have had procedures and also other celebrities, and the outcome has been amazing” Christopher makes references of the difference in service, and quality based on previous experiences, and is obviously keen to highlight the issues with travelling abroad for cosmetic surgery, as he has filmed television programmes in the past on botched surgery, one of which still to air. “It’s the hairline I’ve always wanted. Dr Matee was so easy to talk to and understood exactly what I wanted and made me aware that the fact I had many previous procedures, extra care needed to be taken”. He says throughout the procedure, looking relaxed, suggesting KSL and Dr Matee have listened to his wants and desires whilst being realistic about what can be achieved. He adds, “its the first time a surgeon and team has properly listened to what I want and need” Dr Matee states that “it is unusual for a patient to undergo so many hair transplants. Poor outcomes can be due to many reasons and it is the job of the surgeon to ensure those risks are minimised. With Christopher we had to work with a limited donor area and a recipient area that had been extensively scarred. Despite the difficulty we expect him to achieve good results”. Of course having been through so many botched procedures in the past, Christopher was keen to do his research for this one, for what he hopes to be his final time. He mentions “previous clients of Dr Matee and KSL Manchester hair loss clinic have had corrective surgery such as Joe Swash”, and most recently Sheffield Wednesday and Scotland international striker Steven Fletcher. “Having been through so many surgeries and botched hair transplants, it’s taken a lot for me to come to KSL clinic today”, clearly with mixed emotions, although mostly excitement. Christopher signs off with evident excitement as he finally looks forward to having a hairline he can be proud of, and give him the confidence he longs for. At KSL Clinic we provide effective hair restoration treatments helping men and women all over the UK to say goodbye to hair loss. Say goodbye to hair loss, visit us at one of our locations: Kent, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff and Newcastle.
With the growing trend of hair transplants in the public eye, we see more and more reality stars, tv personalities, or, as the season comes to an end and a well deserved summer break is on the horizon, professional football players. Such is the case again this summer at KSL clinics in Manchester and Maidstone, Kent, with previous clients including Welsh international Joe Ledley, QPR’s Grant Hall and ex England goalkeeper Paul Robinson to name a few. A Sheffield Wednesday duo this week were first through the doors as the championship season came to an end last weekend, Scotland international striker Steven Fletcher chose KSL clinic for his third hair transplant procedure. The star who had two procedures elsewhere in the past was looking forward to more ‘thickness in the barnet’ as he puts it, and was full of praise of his experience with surgical director Dr Matee at the KSL hair loss clinic Manchester branch.
He was joined by teammate and fellow Scotland international Barry Bannan, who has been suffering with hair loss for a number of years, and felt it was now time to take action. Admittedly nervous on the morning of the procedure he was also looking forward to improving his locks and to see the forthcoming results. Barry was recommended KSL clinic by Joe Ledley who has had fantastic results previously, and another Scotland team mate Johnny Russell, who have both visited KSL in Kent and Manchester respectively with Dr Matee. A FUE hair transplant (Follicular Unit Extraction) is a minimally invasive hair loss treatment / procedure that harvests hair from anywhere on your body by removing each root individually and transplanting it into your scalp. FUE transplants are carried out follicle by follicle and in the direction of the hair growth in order to provide a naturally looking hairline. The follicles are chosen according to their density, and inserted into the hairless parts of your scalp.
