What This Rating Means for You
A Good CQC rating means an independent inspection team has verified that our clinics are safe, effective, caring, responsive to patients’ needs, and well-led. It’s an external, evidence-based check that our hair transplant procedures are carried out to the fundamental standards of quality and safety required of every regulated healthcare provider in England, not just a claim we make ourselves. Where CQC identifies an area for improvement, as with Well-led at our Manchester clinic, we treat that as an active commitment to keep raising standards, not a box we’ve ticked and moved on from.
