KSL Clinic Referral Program Terms & Conditions

How to Participate: To refer a customer, simply ask them to mention your brand or full name when booking their consultation at KSL Clinic. At the same time, you must send the referral details to email  partners@kslclinic.co.uk.

Eligibility: Both the referrer (existing partner) and the referee (new customer) must be over 18 years of age to participate in the referral program.

Rewards: The referrer will receive one reward as detailed in the campaign communication once the referee purchases a hair transplant treatment and completes their surgery.

Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are applied directly to the referring patient’s account and are non-transferable. They can only be redeemed by the referrer.

Multiple Referrals: Referrers can refer more than one friend or customers.

Referral Timing: Referral details must be provided at the time of booking. Retrospective claims for rewards will not be accepted.

Offer Termination: KSL Clinic management reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.

Referral claims must be submitted within 30 days of the referred patient completing their procedure. Claims made after this period won’t qualify for the reward, so please ensure timely submission to receive your benefit.
