What to Expect During Your Hair Transplant Consultation With KSL Clinic Ireland
A consultation with KSL Clinic Dublin is essential since we cannot recommend a hair transplant or alternative procedure without the opportunity to perform a clinical evaluation of your scalp and hair and chat about the results you’d like to see.
This complimentary appointment is designed to ensure every patient makes informed choices about the best way forward based on their objectives, scalp and hair health, and the type of therapies or treatments we believe will achieve your desired outcomes.
During your consultation, we’ll take all the time you need to answer questions, show you patient before and after results, and advise on the transplant process itself, covering:
- Our FUE transplant procedure, how it works, and why we only offer FUE as a minimally invasive, safe and effective hair transplantation approach that provides permanent and seamless outcomes.
- Your current hair growth pattern or concerns and the strategies we suggest to restore your hairline, replenish hair loss, or correct areas of thinning or patchy growth.
- The number of grafts we’d need to perform, were you to proceed, alongside a quotation for the total cost of your hair transplant and any other alternative or supplementary therapies you are interested in.
- Our financing packages and payment plans, including an interest-free payment option to spread the cost of your procedure or longer-term financing solutions provided through our trusted partners.
A consultation isn’t a sales approach, and we’ll never pressure you to make any decisions there and then. Instead, our accomplished hair transplant surgeons insist on meeting patients in person to ensure a hair transplant is a viable way forward and suitable based on their current hair health and growth.
Our Limerick and Dublin Hair Restoration Services
As a leading hair transplant provider with a network of clinics across the UK and Ireland, we offer a comprehensive array of treatment options, from non-surgical hair restoration therapies to full hair transplantation procedures.
Advanced FUE Hair Transplants
FUE hair transplantation is ideal for most patients since the microscopic extraction of donor follicles and the accuracy and precision of the procedure minimise recovery times and ensure there are no stitches or visible scarring.
01
Beard and Moustache Transplants
Facial hair transplants are a specialist service that can be used to design and create customised beards, moustaches, or sideburns to address hair loss or provide a solution to an uneven or unsatisfactory facial hair growth pattern.
02
Eyebrow Transplantation
An increasingly high-demand service, personalised eyebrow transplants allow patients to replenish hair loss or loss of eyebrow density due to overplucking, creating beautiful, thick brows that frame the face and features.
03
Hair Transplants for Female Patients
Whereas hair transplants are often assumed to be only suited to men, we offer a complete range of female-specific hair transplants, ideal for correcting age-related and hormonal hair loss or restoring thinning.
04
Cutting-Edge PRP Hair Restoration
Platelet-rich plasma therapy is a hair restoration technique that is hugely effective and used either to augment and expedite recovery times post-hair transplant or as a standalone way to activate dormant follicles.
05
LLLT (Laser Light Therapy Treatment)
KSL Clinic introduces LLLT (Laser Light Therapy Treatment) as a modern, non-surgical hair restoration treatment. It delivers excellent results as a standalone procedure or when paired with a hair transplant, working to reduce recovery time and promote the growth of thicker, healthier hair.

Hair Transplants in Limerick: Frequently Asked Questions
Will a Hair Transplant With KSL Clinic Ireland Look Obvious?
Absolutely not – we use your own healthy donor follicles carefully selected from areas of your scalp with dense, full growth, ensuring the extraction of those grafts has no impact on the appearance of other zones of your hair.
From there, each graft is graded and checked for density, texture, colour, and growth direction before being transplanted into a pre-mapped area. This ensures that the healed transplant is impossible to spot since it uses your own follicles rather than synthetics.
How Easy is KSL Clinic Dublin to Find Travelling From Limerick?
We’re based at Calmount Park, an easy-to-find area with great public transport, including bus routes that regularly travel to and from Ballymount. Patients visiting us by car can use several major transport networks, including the M50 and the N7 or N81, with a journey time of around two hours from central Limerick.
What Does it Cost to Have a Private Hair Transplant in Limerick?
Hair transplantation with KSL Clinic is always bespoke—there is no standardised transplant or universal number of grafts we’ll need to complete. Average costs begin at roughly €3,000, with more extensive transplants costing approximately €8,000, although this will depend on multiple variables.
The best way to get an accurate idea of the cost of your hair transplant and to discuss our interest-free and longer-term payment options is to book a consultation with our Dublin practice. We’ll be happy to provide personalised guidance.
