What to Expect During a Hair Transplant Consultation at KSL Clinic’s London Practice

Many of our Reading and Berkshire patients opt to travel to London via train for their initial consultation. They can choose to have their hair transplant procedure at any of our clinics nationwide, including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Bristol, Newcastle, Kent, and Dublin.

The consultation process is a necessary part of our service. It gives us the time to review your scalp and hair, discuss your experiences with hair loss, and chat about the treatments we feel will be most effective and achieve the outcomes you want to see.

Every consultation is free and carries no obligation, and we’ll run through the following:

  • How FUE transplantation works, what to anticipate from the procedure, the aftercare timescales and guidance, and how best to safeguard the newly transplanted follicles.
  • Before and after images and video journeys for clients with comparable hair loss experiences.
  • The equipment, facilities, and services on offer, along with a clinic tour, where possible, to ensure you’re familiar with our talented teams and spaces.
  • Tailored treatment plans for your specific case.

The consultation is also a way for our patients to ask questions, discuss the pros and cons of varied hair restoration treatments, and ensure they’ve got all the information they need to make informed decisions.

Our Reading and Berkshire Hair Restoration Services

As you’d expect from the UK’s leading and busiest hair transplant clinic, we offer a full range of treatments and therapies, some of which we’ve summarised below.

FUE Hair Transplants

An FUE transplant is an advanced solution to hair loss. It uses your own donor follicles to ensure your healed hair transplant is 100% natural. Our surgeons are renowned for their innovation in FUE treatment and work with celebrities and those in the public eye.

01

Beard and Moustache Transplants

Facial hair transplants are a great way to correct patchy beard growth, address an uneven moustache, or restore the thickness and shape you may have lost within your facial hair due to genetics, hormonal changes or conditions.

02

Eyebrow Transplants

Eyebrow hair is very sensitive to underlying conditions, causing excessive thinning and damage. Eyebrow transplantation uses the same precise technique, extracting donor follicles that match your existing or former eyebrow growth. Each follicle is transplanted individually for a seamless, permanent outcome.

03

Women's Hair Transplants

Female hair transplants are readily available, whether your hair loss is hormonal, you’re thinning around the top of the head (forehead), or experiencing changes in hair density that often occur gradually over time.

04

PRP Hair Restoration

This non-surgical treatment is one of the most popular for stimulating growth. PRP uses the natural healing power of plasma extracted from your own blood sample, stimulating dormant follicles, activating healing and rejuvenating your scalp and hair.
