There are plenty of people finding ways to support their community and those struggling all across the country. KSL Clinic patient Jake Quickenden is one of those, the Dancing On Ice winner has released a new single ‘Quarantine Song’ in which all of the proceeds will go towards the NHS for their hard work in their fight against COVID-19.
Quarantine Song reached No. 9 on the Big Top 40 Chart and is ranking No. 2 on iTunes.
The single is available to buy on iTunes, Google Play and Amazon.
Today, Jake went LIVE on Good Morning Britain and spoke about his experience with the NHS. He appeared from home to discuss his reasonings with Lorraine Kelly and why he had written the song.
Jake heartwarmingly expresses –
“The NHS is something we have all used, I’ve spent many years in and out of hospital either with me hurting myself, or with my dad and brother when they were having treatment! The NHS are unbelievable and we must help and protect them, keep downloading “ Quarantine Song “ it’s 79p and all proceeds I will be donating to the NHS!!”
Quickenden has been uploading daily videos on his Instagram to keep people entertained throughout the lockdown. The array of videos include him dressing up in fancy costumes, creating challenges to do at home and documenting his most recent hair transplant with KSL Clinic.
Jake Quickenden had Scar Repair surgery last month at KSL Clinic following an accident he had on holiday when he slipped by a pool, leaving him with a large scar on his head.
